Embark with us on a curated journey in to the heart of Dutch culture with a cheese-making demo and clog workshop at the family-run Clara Maria Farm. After an "all-you-can-eat" cheese tasting, we continue your adventure in Amsterdam and soak up the iconic canals, world-renowned museums and the unique "Gezellig" atmosphere that defines the city.

Today we visit the "Romantic Rhine," a section of the Rhine River Valley dotted with legendary castles and ruins. We will cruise along the river, enjoying a festive Thanksgiving feast on the boat and a visit to a medieval castle. After a self-guided tour of the castle's interior, we will journey to Rüdesheim to experience the magical opening of the Christmas market.
