Metz Chirtmas Market & Luminescences de Amneville

The Christmas market in Metz is renowned for its festive atmosphere, stunning light installations, enchanting lantern path alongside the Moselle and Ferris wheel, not to mention its 120 traditional chalets, which are festively decorated and spread across five historic squares, making it the perfect Christmas destination. Visitors can find traditional holiday gifts made by local producers, enjoy a steaming cup of mulled wine from the Moselle wine region, and sample delicious French cuisine prepared by regional chefs. The town is dotted with countless cafés where you can warm up and boutique stores where you can browse.

Today we light up your evening by attending the “Festival de Luminescence” at the Zoo in Amneville. The popular light show transforms the Zoo area into a dream world with the animals being magical fluorescent projections and interactive installations. The 1.4 km (0.8 mils) trail is made up of more than 10,000 light installation, a colorful invitation to discover the: Magic Indies.
