Take advantage of the long weekend and join RTT on an extended 2 overnight trip to the most popular and beautiful locations in the Czech Republic.  This tour dives into the rich culture, tasty Bohemian culinary delights and great shopping opportunities for almost anything imaginable. Bargain hunters will delight at the fantastic prices offered in Prague for Bohemian crystal, porcelain and garnet jewelry.  In Loket, the impregnable Castle and "Key to the Check Kingdom" will captivate you with its rugged charm and beauty. The relaxed pace of this tour affords plenty of free time for wandering off the beaten track and exploring each of these cities hidden gems at your own pace.

Day 1: Early morning departure from Ramstein to the beautiful historical town of Loket (Elbow) where we join our local guide for a tour through the "The Impregnable Castle of Bohemia." Afterward, a festive lunch is waiting for you at the former Malthouse, a local micro-brewery, featuring a special menu of underground spit-roasted pork, original Bohemian ale. Later that afternoon, we depart for Prague and head straight to our 4-star hotel, where the evening is yours to relax or begin to take the opportunity to do a little exploring in the city, your tour guide will be happy to offer some suggestions.

Day 2: After breakfast, the history and culture of Prague will be brought to life when we join our local guide for a walking tour starting at the Castle before descending into the Old Town. The Castle of Prague is the most massive preserved fortress from the middle ages in all of Europe. The castle is perched above the city and provides a panoramic view of Prague's 500 church spires and the silver winding ribbon of the Vltava (Moldau) River. The rest of the afternoon and evening offers free time for you to explore.

Day 3: After breakfast at the hotel, this legendary city is all yours to explore independently at your own pace. Take advantage of the tour guides recommendations of all the “must see” places in town. Make sure to ask your guide about the possibility of a cruise along the famous river for a different vantage point of the city.
