The event was a great success and we enjoyed getting to showcase some of the great trips offered by Horizon Tours. The staff at the Macaroni Grill also wanted to extend their thanks to everyone for their patronage during the event – they hope you’ll be back to dine with them again and often!

RTTtravel and 86th Force Support Squadron invite families, who may not be able to afford a spring break holiday this year to nominate a friend, family member or loved who deserves a Happy Day before returning to school at the end of spring break.

Put together a creative work inspired by a friend, loved one or family member and tell us why they need a Happy Day! Children of all ages are encouraged to put their creative thinking caps on and tell us all about their, mom, dad or friend who deserves this special trip. Parents are welcome to nominate their children and friends can nominate each other too!

We can't wait to see all the amazing submissions and give away this incredible day of fun to the KMC community!  Special thanks our trip captain Isaac Roosevelt, whose song and video "Happy Day" helped inspire this trip, we hope it will inspire you as well!

Submission details:  

• Open to all valid military ID card holders who live in the KMC area

• Submissions will be accepted between 14- 23 March 2017

• Submissions need to be in the form of a creative work – such as a song, poem, painting, drawing, story anything creative that allows you to make your nomination and explain why your friend, loved one or family member deserves a Happy Day.

• CONTEST IS CLOSED - Winners were announced on 28th March, 2017
