In observance of the local German Holiday, RTT will be closed on Tuesday, May 26th. All Travel Service Requests received during this time will be processed in the order they are received when normal business hours resume at 0900 on Wednesday, May 27th. Please allow up to 2 business days for requests to be processed during this time. Thank you for your patronage.

Calendar Color Codes

Grey = Not Yet Open to Book

Grey indicates the tour is not yet accepting reservations. Tours will open to book 3-4 weeks prior to departure date.

Yellow = Open to Book

Yellow indicates tour currently accepting reservations but minimum participation is not yet met.

Green = Confirmed Departure

Green indicates minimum participation has been met and departure is confirmed.

Red = Sold Out

Red indicates tour is currently full.

Grey = Cancelled / Closed

Grey can also indicate a tour was cancelled.

Payment Hotline

Booking requests don’t guarantee a spot on the tour and are not finalized until full payment has been received. For your convenience, RTT has a dedicated payment hotline available for you to call in and quickly provide your credit card information.
