Military History Buff, Extraordinaire!

There are certain times of the year that evoke special interest and pride in our military history; Veteran's Day, Memorial Day and Independence Day, to name a few. RTT takes great pride in putting together tours that offer a focus on both US military history as well as the events and sites that are specific to the World Wars and Germany.

We were recently introduced Robert Allen, a true expert and connoisseur on these subjects. He has spent over 30 years traveling Europe andresearching the areas that are known as "The Western Front" in World War I and World War II. He created 10 military history tours for the USO and continues to research areas for new tours. He has written 2 books about WWII and is working on a third. He also recently completed filming a pilot episode for a new history series called "Into the Fray with Martin King."He has a minor in Military History and is a member of the Alpha Epsilon Chi Chapter of the Phi Alpha Theta History Honor Society with the University of Maryland University College.

We are thrilled that he will be offering his expertise and wisdom to RTT. If military history is your hobby, be sure to check out his books on the subject.
