Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees are charged per person and cannot be waived. Sporting and entertainment event trips are not eligible for courtesy refunds or any exceptions to the trips specific cancellation fees listed below. Due to the cancellation policy implemented by the vendor, fees CAN NOT be waived for military active duty or any other related reasons. For this reason, RTT strongly advises all participants to obtain travel insurance that will minimally provide coverage for cancellation fees and other unforeseeable circumstances that could disrupt travel plans. Travel insurance of this nature can be obtained through many credit card companies as well as Trip Assure (MH Ross) and USAA.

Cancellation Fees
From day of booking up to 21 days prior to departure 20% of tour price
From 20 days until 7 days prior to departure, 50 % of the tour price
Later cancellation: 90% of tour price will be charged
No refund for later cancellations or no shows.

Cancellation Procedures

Cancellations are accepted in the following ways: 1) By phone during our published opening hours, which can be found on the footer of any page on our website. 2) Online via our Customer Care Center by replying to the email that was provided as confirmation for your reservation. Cancellation requests submitted through Facebook, Instagram or methods other than those listed above will not be considered. Cancellation requests will be accepted ONLY IN WRITTEN FORM during published opening hours. No Refund for later cancellations and no shows. 3rd party services booked in advance by RTT, such hotel rooms and venue tickets, are not eligible for standard or courtesy refunds. RTT highly recommends purchasing travel insurance for overnight trips in order for the customer to avoid the costs of these non-refundable items if cancellation, for any reason, is unavoidable.

Required Documents

All participants must be in possession of a valid US tourist passport during the tour.

Child Safety

German law requires ALL child passengers, regardless of size or age, to have a seat on a bus and use an approved safety seat provided by the customer.
