Led by passionate local guides, our journey blends centuries of history and witty storytelling with the absolute best food and drink Brussels has to offer. Together, we will explore hidden alleyways, step inside historic taverns, and discover the culinary secrets that make this city an international capital of flavor.

Our day is divided into two delicious chapters. We begin with the sweet side of the city, walking through the breathtaking Royal Galleries, crossing the iconic Grand Place, and passing the famous Manneken Pis to sample premium, handmade chocolates from independent shops. You will taste everything from rich, dark ganaches to experimental infusions, learning exactly what makes Belgian chocolate the gold standard.

From there, we shift to Brussels' legendary tavern culture. We will grab a table at an authentic local pub to guide you through world-famous Belgian brews—ranging from crisp, refreshing options to complex, heavy Trappist ales. Along the way, we will pair local delicacies with the historical and current highlights of the city.

At the end of our guided tasting crawl, we leave you with plenty of free time to enjoy Brussels at your own pace. Your guide will point you toward the absolute best local spots, hidden neighborhood gems, and shopping streets nearby. Whether you want to head back to your favorite shop to grab a box of pralines to take home, settle into a historic café for another pint, or simply wander the stunning Grand Place, you will have all the insider tips you need to spend your afternoon exploring exactly the way you want to.
