Optional Excursions

Optional excursion prices are per person, include transportation between the resort / activity location and protective clothing suitable for the given activity and arctic climate. Excursions have a minimum participation of 4 people and must be booked at time of reservation, later requests are subject to availability and may not be able to be accomodated.

Please note: Activity duration times are approximate and the scheduled program might change due to weather conditions or due to capacity constraints, as our offered activities, for which we act as agent and not as operator, and respective transfers are strongly dependent on the weather. Safety is always the number one priority. We explicitly reserve the right to change the planned itinerary and program, especially in case of poor weather conditions, heavy snowfall and/or very low temperatures.

Cancellation Policy

A single/one time administrative fee of Є55 will be levied by RTT to complete a cancellation request, in addition to the per person cancellation fees listed below:

From day of booking until 4 weeks prior 35% of tour price
3 - 2 weeks before departure 55% of tour price
2 - 1 week before before departure 85% of tour price
less than 1 week before departure 95% of tour price
No shows - NO REFUNDS

Required Travel Documents

All American travelers must possess a U.S. tourist passport valid until 30 days after the tour ends, with at least 2 empty visa pages.
Citizens of other nationalities please check with the destination country embassy about entry requirements for your nationality or status.

Travel Insurance

Travel & Cancellation Insurance • Important Advisory

Cancellation fees per person and cannot be waived, therefore it is strongly advised that participants obtain cancellation insurance at time of booking. RTT Abroad (Flight) Tours utilize third-party vendors (Airline, Cruise, Hotel), are not eligible for courtesy refunds or any exceptions to the trips specific cancellation policy and RTT Terms and Conditions policy regarding Change & Cancellation by Client. Due to the cancellation policy implemented by the vendor, fees CAN NOT be waived for military active duty or any other related reasons. For this reason, RTT strongly advises all participants to obtain travel insurance that will minimally provide coverage for cancellation fees and other unforeseeable circumstances that could disrupt travel plans. Additional Important Information

Northern Lights: If the weather conditions are perfect, you will be able to observe the Northern Lights, though this natural phenomena is not guaranteed.
Cancellation insurance is strongly recommended, cancellation fees cannot be waived.
Health insurance is strongly recommended, RTT nor the Vendor are liable for accidents and health related issues during trip.
Although you will be provided with polar outfits upon arrival, pack for both the artic climate as well as indoor activities and consider thermal underwear, warm winter clothes and lightweight clothes that can be layered to your individual comfort needs while inside the heated resort interior.
Packing portable light weight snacks to take along on excursions is recommended.
