French Spring Magic

Join RTT on this wonderful occasion and catch the first rays of sunshine in the enchanting spring atmosphere of Colmar! The Easter Market here is a longstanding event in the town’s history, spending two weeks celebrating all things iconic to Easter including hens, chicks, ducks, and sheep creating an idyllic festive atmosphere to welcome the coming of Spring. The town square and most of the houses in town are decorated by the local school children with a rainbow of colorful plants, flowers, and flowerbeds adding even more bright cheer to this beautiful location.
 
This time of year, two seasonal markets, boasting more than 70 exhibitors offer traditional Easter wares and local products that celebrate spring produce and the region's finest products. We invite you to take a stroll through Colmar’s decorated cobblestone streets, admire timber-framed houses, charming streams, quaint squares, and historical monuments. Famous for artisanal products in every variety including pottery, cheese, wine, charcuterie, and more, the Alsatian Region is a treasure trove of delight waiting to be discovered and win your heart.
