Overview: Celebrate Christmas the RTT way! Experience the joy of a Rhineland Christmas Market with local specialties, music and traditional festivities to round out your day. We have a direct bus, with no transfer.


Itinerary: From points of origin in the KMC, travel directly to Ruedesheim on the Rhine. Ruedesheim is the best known town along the Rhine, where you can walk through the world-famous “Drosselgass”, taste wines at various wine cellars, and visit a number of interesting museums.

After arrival in Ruedesheim take the chairlift with comfortable cabins high above the vineyards and the river valley all the way up to the Niederwald Monument (included) while daylight still permits. The international Christmas Market is a gem in the winter crown of Ruedesheim! There you will find many of the large and small gifts you have been looking for.

After strolling through the Christmas Market and experiencing the local charm of Ruedesheim, stop into a local restaurant to enjoy local wines, beers and good winter fare. Then enjoy popular German Christmas music in various venues to tingle your senses and jingle your feet! The city along the Rhine makes your Noel night an adventure with a live Nativity display on the Market Place.  St Thomas Night Festivities close out the evening.
