RTT Services are available to DOD Personnel, Armed Forces Active Duty Personnel,
Government Employees, Civilian ID card holders and their family members.
All information provided by customers to RTT
through our Internet Services will not be used for any purpose outside of RTT.
Information provided to us is governed by the Privacy Act. Please do not submit
classified information or classified email addresses through our web site. If

for Tour Reservations
FINAL
CONFIRMATION OF TRIP/TOUR:
TOUR OPERATOR EXERCISES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL A TOUR IF THE MINIMUM PARTICIPATION
IS NOT MET. TOUR WILL BE CONFIRMED/CANCELLED NO LATER THAN 2 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR
TO DEPARTURE.
CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER:
PRIOR TO FINAL CONFIRMATION OF TOUR: APPLICABLE CANCELLATION FEES ARE DUE
IMMEDIATELY AND WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD PROVIDED. AFTER FINAL
CONFIRMATION OF TOUR: RTT WILL CREDIT THE AMOUNT CHARGED, LESS THE APPLICABLE
CANCELLATION FEES (PER PERSON). FEES VARY DEPENDING ON TRIP BEING PURCHASED AND
TIME OF CANCELLATION.

Service. You understand that you are financially responsible for all uses of

will be governed by the
Privacy Act Information provided to RTT through this Service and will not

companies, etc.) and are therefore in no way responsible for the fulfillment of
their obligations, nor is RTT to be held liable for accidents, delays, losses,
etc. The liability of all these contractors remains unprejudiced. Right is also
reserved to program and hotel changes and alterations as well as substitution of
services listed above, when and where necessary. Tour Company reserves the right
to cancel the tour if minimum participation is not reached. Conditions are
accepted upon booking.
7.CANCELLATION FEES Are the
responsibility of the client to be aware of the cancellation fees and agreements
for products purchased via this service. Cancellation insurance is available at
the request of the client. Cancellation fees are enforced or rescinded at the
discretion of RTT and/or Third party vendors and Tour Operators Management.

 Conditions of
Contract for the Sale of Airline Tickets
through RTT Travel
Dear Customer,
Please note that the purchase of airline tickets is
bound to the following conditions of contract. Please read these conditions
carefully.
1. Sale of Third-Party Services
1.1. We offer the flights in the data base of our website as a
third-party service and function as a link between you and the airline
respectively consolidators and any other company providing travel service
related products.
1.2. Our rights and obligations are a result of these conditions.
2. Payments, Changes, Cancellations
2.1. Regular Fares: The total price of the airline ticket is due
prior to the issuance of the travel document. On so-called “regular fares”,
tickets have to be issued within 24 hours after the initial reservation. A
reservation for tickets based on “regular fares” will be automatically cancelled
after 24 hours if, the full payment for the ticket is not received. Please be
advised that any price given by the booking engine / database of our website is
not guaranteed as long as the booking is not ticketed, which means prices can
change between your booking and the ticketing. In case there is a change in
price between time of booking and ticketing, you have the right to cancel your
booking without penalty, if you decide not to accept the new price.
If you would like to verify payment, ticket issuance or delivery details, please
contact us during our opening hours and immediately after your reservation is
placed at Tel.: +49 6371 463630. Our office hours are from Monday to Friday 10:00
AM - 06:00 PM. Please note that reservations placed on the weekend or during
times of closure of RTT Travel cannot be processed before the
next business day. Please note that some reservations are subject to a
ticketing deadline, which might not be met if the reservation is placed on the
weekend or during times of closure of RTT Travel. If the
ticketing limit is not met, the reservation will be cancelled without the right
of an alternative at the same rate if you do not meet this deadline. After that
period you have no legal right to obtain the reservation under the previously
confirmed prices and conditions. A reservation only becomes legally binding
after examination of the fare rules and completion of contract by written
confirmation from the travel vendor or his agent.
US Passport Holder Programs / Military Programs (special fares):
US Passport Holder Programs / Military Programs (non-published fares): Please
refer to the next paragraph below (Eligibility for Military Programs) . In case
of questions please call or write us. We can confirm the eligibility to you in
writing. Eligibility for Military Programs: The airlines have different
requirements for discounted Military fares. It could happen, an airline requests
from you at the check-in counter, that you present adequate evidence that you
qualify for a Military fare on your ticket. Here are the requirements of the
various airlines:
AMERICAN AIRLINES Fares are valid for US Military Personnel and Relatives of
Military Personnel. In case you are a relative of a Military ID card holder, and
not in possession of your own Military ID card, please carry a copy of the
Military ID card of your eligible relative with you.
US AIRWAYS US Military Personnel and/or dependants with ID card, or Relatives of
Military Personnel, or Active and retired US Military, or any US Passport holder
provided the reservation is made and paid for in Germany by one of the above
valid members, Valid ID Card/documentation required when applicable.
DELTA Active duty US military personnel and/or their immediate family members.
Or US military retirees/DOD civilians holding military ID card. Immediate family
members are defined as: Spouse, child, parents, mother in law, father in law,
brother, sister, step-child.
NORTHWEST/KLM Military Personnel, or Relatives of Military Personnel, or
ID-Card- or US-Passport-Holders. Travellers have to show their documents, either
ID-Card or US-Passport, if asked for!
UNITED AIRLINES US military personnel, or military dependants, or US ID card
holders (all passengers must be US passport holders).
In case of any questions regarding eligibility please call or email us. A
reservation is held for 3 working days (unless an individual program has a
shorter ticketing deadline) without any obligations to the customer. After 3
working days we will automatically cancel the reservation if the customer’s full
payment for the ticket including all applicable fees and taxes have not been
received. Please be advised that any price given by the booking engine /
database of our website is not guaranteed as long as the booking is not
ticketed, which means prices can change between your booking and the ticketing.
In case there is a change in price between time of booking and ticketing, you
have the right to cancel your booking without penalty, if you decide not to
accept the new price.

2.2. After the ticket has been issued, change and cancellation fees
apply. These charges vary from program to program, however, we have to
charge the customer the fees billed by the airlines and other travel service
companies. Any charge by the airline for such changes/cancellations will be
charged to the customer and have to be paid prior to processing the
change/cancellation. No change of routing or destination is allowed. Please
request the fees at your earliest convenience, referring to the individual
travel program.
2.3. Dupe Online Bookings: If you create more than one
booking on our website (e.g. you made a mistake on your travel dates and you
want to give the correct dates in a 2nd booking), you need to inform us by phone
or e-mail immediately! If a double booking with matching names is recognized by
the airline, they might cancel both bookings without notice to you. By informing
us immediately, we can cancel the redundant reservation.
3. Passport and Visa Rules / One-Way Travel to Germany
We are not obligated nor responsible to provide Visa or other legal documents
needed for travelling within Germany or outside Germany or from Germany to
foreign countries or visa-versa. Please be advised that US citizens buying only
a one-way ticket to Germany, only fulfil the Visa regulations, if they are
travelling on Military orders with a valid Military ID card. US passport holders
without a Military ID card, must have a round trip ticket to the USA and can
only stay in Germany for a maximum of 90 days.
4. Customer’s Obligations
4.1. We emphasize, that airline rules have to be obeyed by the customer.
In particular this is the obligation to obey check-in times at the check-in
counter, and, especially for special and charter flights, to get a confirmation
as to returning and connecting flights within the time frames given in your
flight itinerary.
4.2. If these obligations are not obeyed, it might result in a loss of
your claim for transportation and a loss of a refund (partial or completely) of
the paid price of the ticket.
4.3. By national and international rules you have to report a loss or
damage of luggage to the airline immediately. Otherwise it might result in loss
of your claim for reimbursement.
4.4. You are obligated to obtain information about the immigration rules
of each country you travel to or while in transit through it.
4.5. Violations of our services provided have to be reported by you to us
immediately to enable us to implement corrections. If you fail to inform us in a
timely manner, you lose any right for possible reimbursements.
4.6. You represent that you are of sufficient legal age to use this
Service and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur
as a result of the use of this Service. You understand that you are financially
responsible for all uses of this Service by you and those using your login
information
5. Our Liability
5.1. The contents of the database are based on information provided by
the airline respectively the provider of the travel service. These contents are
not guaranteed by us and are subject to change without notice.
5.2.All prices shown on this web site are based on availability at time
of booking. RTT makes no guarantees of availability and price until purchase has
been paid for in full. RTT can not be held responsible for the inability to
provide an advertised product if the product has been sold out, cancelled, or
altered since publication
5.3. We do not guarantee the actual availability of the travel dates
stated in the flight database, its routes and fares. Our liability is limited to
gross negligence.
